Janice is an impact investor who co-founded Aisiki Capital, a venture capital firm whose core investment philosophy is one of sustainability, achieved through investing in high impact and high growth women and young adult businesses. She is also the Managing Director of Ivhu Advisors, a boutique advisory and investment management firm based in South Africa. Ivhu Advisors is committed to shifting the African narrative through the development of infrastructure in Africa, which provides transformational socio-economic solutions. She has over 20 years’ of fund and advisory experience spanning several countries globally.

Janice is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Z) (SA), who holds an MBA with Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Her contributions as a CA(SA) were recognised by South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), when she was nominated as a SAICA Top 35 under 35 finalist in 2017. She sits on the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) Council and is the current ICAZ WeCAN Chairperson. She is a thought leader, having published a number of articles. She is also an established conference speaker and host of the Pamuuyu podcast.
