Mokgadi is Head of Sustainability and Impact at Adenia Partners. She leads and supports ESG and Impact integration and value creation, within a collaborative system of thriving partnerships with Portfolio Companies and other stakeholders.

Her portfolio aligns with her personal interests and passion which is impactful outcomes within the social, environmental and economic development context of investments and regional considerations in Africa. She brings to our conversation over 15 years of multi-sector experience covering ESG, Sustainable Development and Capital Markets, across the US, UK and Africa.

Mokgadi holds an MSc. in Mathematics of Finance from New York University (US), a Master’s in International Relations from University of Strasbourg (France) and a BBusSci. in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town(SA).
