Accommodation at the summit venue is limited on a first come basis.

Important Note Attendees should only book if they are certain they will attend the event and use the accommodation, as last-minute cancellations will result in full charges. Cancellations after 20 May 2025 will not be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 28 days before arrival will incur a 100% charge for the entire stay.
