Amma Lartey is CEO of Impact Investing Ghana (IIGh), the Ghana National Partner of the GSG Impact Partnership and a member of the Africa Impact Investing Group (AIIG). IIGh is a nonprofit dedicated to increasing the volume of funding that delivers both a financial return and social and environmental impact in Ghana, executing an ambitious plan to catalyse $1 billion in impact funds for Ghana and the West African sub-region. IIGh has launched the $75 million Ci Gaba Fund-of-Funds to unlock domestic pension funding for SMEs, and is the co-founder of Deal Source Africa (DSA), a platform that connects businesses with investors and transaction advisors. Amma is an accredited trainer for the SDG Impact Standards, a Fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative–West Africa, and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. She graduated with a BA from the University of Ghana and an MBA from Babson College.
