Mathilde Bauwin has been working for ADA for eight years and currently leads the Knowledge and Methodology team, which is responsible for facilitating knowledge acquisition, generation, and sharing within the organisation and among inclusive and impact finance practitioners. Her team also develops methodologies and tools for project management, monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement. Before joining ADA, she worked for a Tunisian inclusive finance institution and a French NGO. She holds a PhD in Development Economics from Paris Dauphine University.
