Esther Tatenda Zulu is a seasoned executive with over 11 years of leadership experience driving measurable impact across Zambia. As CEO of PRS 365, she provides the strategic vision for the organisation, leveraging her expertise in evidence-based leadership and data-driven governance. Esther specialises in guiding organisations — from multinational corporations to local agribusinesses — in creating impact through improved ESG measurement and reporting, research, project management, and innovations testing. She has a track record of cultivating high-level partnerships with key stakeholders, including the Zambian Government, donors, cooperating partners, NGOs, and private businesses, giving her unique insight into the regulatory and operational landscape that businesses navigate. She currently serves on the Board of PRS and brings hands-on experience in organisational governance, strategic oversight, and risk management. Esther is a Fulbright Alumna and holds a Master’s in Economics and International Development from Eastern Michigan University and a BSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Zambia.
