Genius Mapalo Mukuka is a Board Director at Greenfield Energy, where she leads strategy and partnerships, and Co-Founder and Exeductive Director of Educating Girls and Youth for Development (EGYD), a youth-led organisation that has reached over 4,000 young people across Zambia with mentorship, economic tools and opportunity.

With a background in actuarial science and experience spanning the energy sector, emerging markets investment and youth development, Genius brings a cross-sector perspective to the conversations shaping Africa’s economic future.

Her work sits at the intersection of enterprise, human capital and impact, grounded in the belief that Africa’s transformation from trader to maker economies begins with equipping people to innovate, build, lead and own.
