Oguche Agudah is the Founder and Managing Partner of HRISP Partners, a placement agent and impact and alternative investment advisory firm, and the Managing Partner of the newly established Pan African Fund Managers Association (PAFMA), a platform that aggregates pension and non-pension fund managers across Africa. He was the Pioneer CEO of the Pension Fund Operators Association of Nigeria (PenOp), the industry body for all licensed pension funds in Nigeria, which collectively managed approximately USD 15 billion in pension assets. Prior to that, he served as Nigeria’s Regional Director for OurCrowd, a crowdfunding, impact investment, and venture capital firm, and as Special Adviser to Nigeria’s Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment with a portfolio focused on access to finance. He spent 15 years at Standard Chartered Bank in roles spanning financial control, credit, origination, client coverage, risk, corporate finance, and strategy, concluding as Associate Director in Lagos overseeing credit quality of a portfolio worth USD 7 billion. He is a member of the Nigerian National Advisory Board for Impact Investments under the GSG, an Independent Non-Executive Director at GT Pensions Limited and Parthian Capital Limited, and a founding Governing Council member of PAFMA.
