She currently leads initiatives focused on strengthening smallholder farmer livelihoods, promoting regenerative and sustainable agricultural practices, and building resilient, market-linked value chains that create long-term social and economic impact. Working at the intersection of impact investing, agriculture, and climate resilience, Sheila supports businesses, development programmes, and investors to achieve measurable environmental and social outcomes. Her expertise spans programme management, sustainable value chain development, blended finance, and strategic partnerships. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
