She played a pivotal role in establishing Aceli’s operations in Zambia, building strong, sustainable relationships across the agri-finance ecosystem and catalysing increased capital flows to underserved market segments. With over a decade of experience in agricultural finance and development, Tidzi brings deep expertise in market systems, private sector engagement, and inclusive finance. Prior to Aceli, she held senior positions at ACDI/VOCA and MUSIKA, advancing social inclusion, agricultural innovation, and rural market growth.
