Astria Fataki is a Franco-Congolese ecosystem builder with over a decade of experience deploying capital and capacity for Africa’s productive economy. As timbuktoo Tech Hubs Section Lead at UNDP, she is the architect behind timbuktoo’s venture-building model — UNDP’s $1 billion, 10-year African innovation initiative convening founders, partners, and capital across ten thematic hubs. She is the Founder of Energy Generation, a pan-African energy venture studio based in Lomé that has trained and supported entrepreneurs from 17 African countries over the past ten years (2022 Ashden Award winner). She previously structured 20–120 MW photovoltaic projects across Mali, Togo, and Chad.
