Laura Foschi has 25 years of experience in inclusive and sustainable finance, impact finance, sustainable development, and the green economy. She is currently the Executive Director of ADA, the Luxembourgish inclusive finance NGO, and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Social Performance Task Force (SPTF) – Europe and the Financial Innovation Tool (FIT) SIS. She is also a Member of the Strategic Committee of the West African Confederation of Financial Institutions (CIF-AO) and the Impact Investment Advisory Board of the Luxembourgish Sustainable Finance Initiative. Prior to ADA, she was the General Director of a microfinance investment vehicle for seven years, and has served as a consultant for UN agencies and European Commission-funded programmes in Latin America, Africa, and the Balkans for over ten years. Laura holds postgraduate degrees in economics, finance, and environmental management, and certifications in environmental and social risk management from UNEP FI and financial inclusion from the Harvard Kennedy School.
