Precious Wilson Nkandu is a strategy, operations, and capital mobilisation executive with nearly two decades of experience working across African markets, Europe, and the United States. She has led and supported high-impact initiatives across the investment, development, and private sectors, working closely with investors, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, development finance institutions, philanthropies, corporations, and ecosystem leaders to unlock capital, strengthen institutions, and drive sustainable growth across Africa. Her expertise spans strategic leadership, operational execution, stakeholder engagement, governance, ecosystem building, and high-level convening, with a strong track record of translating complex ideas and multi-stakeholder partnerships into actionable outcomes. Throughout her career, she has played a leading role in shaping regional conversations and collaborations around impact investing, infrastructure, entrepreneurship, and African-led development.
