Alice has over a decade of experience driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives across Africa. As the Nigerian Country Lead for the Research and Innovation Systems for Africa (RISA) program at Chemonics International, she oversees the technical implementation of projects focused on strengthening research and innovation ecosystems in Nigeria and beyond. Her work has led to the development of strategic country portfolios and securing grant funding for impactful partner-driven initiatives.

Previously, Alice served in various leadership roles at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), including spearheading the establishment of the Digital Transformation Center in Nigeria. She has a strong track record of fostering female entrepreneurship, enhancing digital literacy, and driving government collaboration.

With a deep commitment to building ecosystems that support sustainable growth, Alice has also worked with startups like Medsaf Africa and Helium Health, where she led business development growth initiatives. Her expertise spans project management, stakeholder engagement, and the integration of digital tools to create lasting impact.
