Geraldine Mupandanyama is a business strategist and ecosystem builder working across Sub-Saharan Africa. She is the Founder and CEO of Darena Ventures, where she leads entrepreneurship development, capital structuring, and advisory for small and growing businesses, and serves as an emerging fund manager building Darena Ventures’ new fund. Her work focuses on strengthening innovation and SME ecosystems through technical assistance design, investment-readiness support, and practical frameworks suited to early-stage markets. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in business development, marketing, and entrepreneurship in Africa, Geraldine has worked with entrepreneurs, accelerators, development partners, and regional institutions to build scalable support models that enable businesses to grow beyond their home markets. She brings a systems-level perspective grounded in research, practical implementation, and multi-stakeholder facilitation.
